SECURE-A-LOAD STRAPS are load securement straps manufactured to secure cargo in Pickup Truck Beds. There are risks involved with using load securement straps, tie-downs, hooks, ropes, wire rope, chains, devises, binders, ratchets, tools and hardware. It is critical for all tie-downs to be used properly and within the strength limitations of each component and product. Every tie-down devise has unique and special aspects that must be attended and adhered to.

➢ ALL SECURE-A-LOAD STRAPS ARE CARGO SECURING DEVICES AND SHOULD NOT BE USED FOR OVERHEAD LIFTING, LIFTING OR TOWING. ONLY FOR SECURING LOADS IN PICKUP TRUCKS. ALWAYS CLOSE THE TAIL GATE WHEN TRANSPORTING CARGO. DO NOT USE SECURE-A-LOAD STRAPS IF TAIL GATE IS OPEN OR MISSING.
➢ IT IS THE BUYER/USER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO EVALUATE AND INSPECT THE CORRECTNESS AND SUITABILITY OF ANY CARGO SECURING DEVICE. CHECK ALL KNOWN INDUSTRY, TRADE ASSOCIATION, FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL REGULATIONS.
➢ UNEXPERIANCED PEOPLE WITH NO COMMON SENSE SHOULD NOT ATTEMPT TO SECURE LOADS OR HAUL CARGO.
➢ ALL RATINGS ARE FOR PRODUCTS IN NEW CONDITION. AGE, WEAR, DAMAGE, DETERIORATION, AND ENVIRONMENTAL EXPOSURE CAN SIGNIFICANTLY REDUCE STRENGTH. ALL PRODUCTS SHOULD BE REGULARLY INSPECTED AND ANY WORN, CUT, AGED, DAMAGED, MISUSED, OVERUSED, OR IMPROPERLY MAINTAINED PRODUCT SHOULD BE DESTROYED AND REPLACED IMMEDIATELY.
➢ IN MOST CASES, WORKING LOAD LIMITS REFERENCED ARE RATED AT ONE-THIRD THE BREAKING STRENGTH. RATINGS ARE BASED ON A STRAIGHT TENSILE PULL. LOAD DIRECTIONS OTHER THAN STRAIGHT CAN RESULT IN A SIGNIFICANT REDUCTION IN BREAKING STRENGTH.
➢ ALL CARGO RESTRAINING ASSEMBLIES OR SYSTEMS ARE ONLY AS STRONG AS THE WEAKEST COMPONENT, INCLUDING THE POINT OF ATTACHMENT. CAUTION: NEVER EXCEED WORKING LOAD LIMIT. DO NOT OVERLOAD ANY CARGO STRAPS, HOOKS, RINGS OR OTHER RELATED COMPONENTS.
➢ FAILURE TO FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS AND WARNINGS OR PROPER USE, CARE AND INSPECTION CRITERIA COULD RESULT IN SEVERE PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH. BUYER / ENDUSER TAKES ALL RESPOSIBILITY FOR ALL DAMAGES, INJURY, LOSS OF LIFE, REVENUE, GOODS AND PROPERTY.
